Bhutan visa must be obtained from one of the registered tour operators. Every tourist has to come through travel agent paying minimum tariff set by Tourism Council of Bhutan, a package for Bhutan tour inclusive of Visa fee.
The minimum daily tour price is fixed by the Royal Government of Bhutan.
Tourists travelling in a group of two (2) persons or less shall be subject to a surcharge, in addition to the minimum daily package rates. These are as follows:
